Of Blood & Bone is an ancestral, earth-heavy ceremonial tea crafted for remembrance and return. Anchored by chaga and roots, softened with linden, and held by sacred plant allies, this blend is meant for slow moments of connection, to land, body, and those who came before.

Nettle leaf — nourishment, reclamation
Chaga — deep grounding, endurance, ancestral memory

Sage — cleansing, spirit connection
 
How to Use
Steep 1–2 tsp per cup in hot water for 15–20 minutes, covered.
Use during new moon rituals, cleansing work, or ancestral ceremony.
Traditionally, offer the first sip to the ancestors.
