Shipping Policy

Rebel Moon Apothecary and Gifts (“we,” “us,” “our”) ships orders with care and intention. Please read the details below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All Rebel Moon orders are packed with care and typically processed within 2–5 business days (not including weekends/holidays). During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using Canada Post. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking (where available).

Canada Shipping

Shipping within Canada is weight-based and calculated using preset shipping brackets at checkout.

Free Shipping (Canada)

We offer FREE standard shipping on Canadian orders over $100 CAD (before taxes, after discounts).

United States Shipping

U.S. shipping is also weight-based and applied at checkout.

Free Shipping (USA)

We offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150 CAD (before taxes, after discounts).

International Shipping (Select Countries)

We currently ship internationally to select countries only (shown at checkout). International shipping is weight-based.

Free Shipping (International)

We offer FREE standard international shipping on orders over $300 CAD (before taxes, after discounts).

Customs + Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in product prices or shipping costs.

Please note: customs processing times vary by country and may impact delivery timelines.

International Restrictions (Important)

International customs rules vary widely, especially for herbal products and liquids. By ordering internationally, you agree that you are responsible for confirming import rules in your country. If your parcel is delayed, refused, returned, or seized by customs, we cannot refund shipping costs and may be unable to refund the order. Please contact support@rebelmoonherbs.com before ordering if you have questions about eligibility.

Delivery Estimates (General)

Delivery times vary by location and season. Typical ranges:

Canada: 2–10 business days after shipment
USA: 6–15 business days after shipment
International: 10–30 business days after shipment

These are estimates, not guarantees.

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Rebel Moon Apothecary & Gifts is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery. If your tracking shows an issue in transit, contact us at support@rebelmoonherbs.com and we’ll help you troubleshoot with the carrier.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, email support@rebelmoonherbs.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

your order number
photos of the damage (product + packaging)

We’ll make it right.
