Returns & Refunds: General Rule
Because many of our products are personal care items (bath, body, sprays, tinctures, mists, etc.), we do not accept returns on opened or used items, except where required by law.

Eligible Refunds/Reshipments
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

Your order arrives damaged (leaking, shattered, crushed, etc.)

You receive the wrong item

Your order is missing items

Non-Refundable Items
Unless required by law, we do not offer refunds for:

Items without original packaging (when relevant)

Customs/duties/shipping fees (when applicable)

Allergies / Sensitivities
We list ingredients as clearly as possible. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please review ingredients before purchase.
If you experience a reaction, stop using the product. While we can’t refund opened items due to hygiene/safety concerns, please contact us—we’ll do our best to support you.

Order Cancellations
If you contact us quickly and your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it for a full refund. Once shipped, it falls under the policy above.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and bank.
