Damiana or Cardamom — sensuality, heart-led connection
 
How to Use
Steep 1–2 tsp per cup in hot water for 10–15 minutes, covered.
Drink before intimacy rituals, creative work, or mirror practice.
Speak aloud what you love most about yourself.
