Ingredients
Organic Marshmallow Root, Organic Oatstraw, Organic Hibiscus, Organic Peppermint Leaf, Organic Lemon Balm, Organic Rose Petals.
 
How to Prepare
Cold Infusion (Recommended)
Add 1 tablespoon of tea to 1 quart (1 litre) of cold water.
Steep for 4–8 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Strain and enjoy throughout the day.
 
Cold infusion allows the marshmallow root and mineral-rich herbs to release their soothing, hydrating properties while creating a refreshing herbal infusion.
 
Hot Infusion (Optional)
Add 1 tablespoon of tea to 1 cup of hot water.
Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.
Strain and enjoy.
